Peace of Heaven for Valentines Day

APPETIZER: Shelby Kinnaird with Diabetic Foodie – Sweet Potato Wontons ingredients: mango chutney, onion, curry powder, ginger, garlic, sweet potato, fat-free half & half, carrots, flour, olive oil, wonton wrappers. This dish is paired with a drink called A Night in Old Mandaly
Drink: A Night in Old Mandalay (Non Alcoholic and Low Carb Drink)
½ of Rum Extract
1 oz of Orange Juice
½ of Lemon Juice
3 oz Diet Ginger Ale
Shake rum extract, OJ , lime juice and pour over ice.
Top with Ginger Ale.
Garnish with a Lemon.
INTERMEZZO: Matt Weber with Thyme in You Kitchen – French onion soup. This dish is paired with a non alcoholic drink called Light La Garda.
Drink: Light La Garda (Non Alcoholic)
1 ½ oz of Pom Juice
1 oz of Lemon Juice
¾ of Agave Nectar
1 oz Sparkling Cider
Shake and top with Sparkling Cider
ENTREE: Donna Currie with Cookistry – Noodles with Tomatoes, fresh basil and artichoke hearts. This meal is paired an alcoholic drink called a Grand Ginger.

1 oz Grand Mariner
3 oz Ginger Ale
1 Lime Wedge
Make in Glass with Ice, squeeze lime wedge, put drink in glass
DESSERT: Heather Stradley Scholten with Farm Girl Gourmet – Chocolate Lovers Cheesecake. This dessert is paired with an alcoholic drink called A Peace of Heaven
